“No one should have to choose between their career and their authentic self. We can and should be ourselves all the time. At Diversified, we will not stop until all are seen, heard, accepted, valued and provided equitable treatment.”
Eric Hutto, Chief Executive Officer
Our Commitment to Better
Diversified highlight’s associate commitment in an annual affirmation and has developed internal diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) as well as supplier diversity programs to extend them.
All associates participate in Respect in the Workplace training to create awareness and establish consistent expectations across the organization.
Three of the seven individuals on our executive leadership team are members of underrepresented groups and thus form the basis of our “Lead by Example” philosophy.
They ensure that Diversified’s PeopleTeam monitors relevant indicators of the company’s progress on DEI issues. Policies are annually reviewed and assistance to managers and associates on DEI issues is provided.
DEI Programs

These groups are designed to celebrate diversity, which is recognized by the organization as one of the most effective means of achieving a competitive business advantage.
