Once design and documentation are complete, our integration phase brings us one step closer to operation launch by initiating early procurement, rack fabrication, pre-deployment configuration and testing, system kitting, inventory and asset management. We pre-wire a site, including any furniture integration that is needed, and ultimately coordinate with your IT team to maximize your system’s performance.
Commission
Testing, balancing, training and proof are the four pillars of the commission phase of a project. We make sure audio sounds the way it should, that interfaces are functioning properly, that service has been turned over and transfer quick reference guides, so you have support handy whenever you need it. Most importantly, we make sure clients experience a moment of validation for their investment on the project as everything they envisioned comes to life.
Resolve
The final phase of implementation involves establishing remote monitoring, understanding warranty support and completing preventative maintenance with the support of field service technicians. Our support and maintenance services help you get the longest life out of your system.
