Digital Signage and Visual Appeal Consistent for Retailer on a Global Scale

The athletic attire brand lululemon, who started from humble beginnings in Vancouver, Canada, has grown to become one of the leading brands in its industry. Continuing to expand into new regions, they required a partner to join them in creating engaging retail spaces with visually appealing technical installations to help showcase their manifesto and products.

Having recognized Diversified’s prior experience in delivering industry leading audio visual solutions in the retail sector, lululemon partnered with Diversified to fit out their retail spaces with digital signage across the United States of America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

To maintain uniformity and consistency across each of lululemon’s stores, Diversified designed a set of installation plans for each tier of store, maximizing the visual impact for each space using the LED panels. Based on the environment and size of each store, a 4×3 or 5×3 Display has been implemented. For flagship stores with bigger footprints, an even larger bespoke LED solution has been installed take take advantage of each layout, delivering a unique yet consistent and on-brand experience for customers no matter which location they enter.

Diversified provided a consistent project delivery experience for lululemon aross each location by allocating a dedicated Account Manager to the contract for each region, as well as a Sr. Client Success Manager to coordinate the fulfilment of the contract globally. This consistency of process and communication from each of Diversified’s global teams has successfully delivered each store before its opening day, providing an enhanced customer experience from day one.

So far Diversified has successfully delivered 127 retail space installations globally over a multi-year roll out, with another 12 customized solutions scheduled for the next coming months.

To further ensure a consistent experience is achieved across each of lululemon’s stores, Diversified also provided Content Creation and Content Management services through its Digital Media Group for Australia and New Zealand. This in conjunction with Tier 1 Helpdesk and Monitoring Services through Diversified’s US Network Operations Centre, allows lululemon to have 24x7x365 support.

By partnering with Diversified to install digital signage and display walls globally, lululemon can now offer a consistent visual experience throughout its retail spaces.
