Cinematic Video That Serves Ministry Moments
Transformation Church implemented one of the first UHD HDR broadcast systems in a house of worship, built on an uncompressed SMPTE 2110 infrastructure and powered by a high-capacity router to support 4K/8K workflows.
Working with AbelCine, Diversified developed custom LUTs to establish the church’s unique cinematic look. The result: consistent color, exposure, and depth across HDR and SDR devices. This desire for cinematic production was driven by storytelling, not spectacle.
Each service, worship moment, and original video series adds to an ever-growing library of content that carries the message far beyond Sunday mornings. With this filmic clarity and tonal consistency, viewers are drawn closer to the heart of the story, experiencing the same intimacy and connection whether they’re in Tulsa or watching from across the globe.

Sound was designed to invite participation. The object-based immersive system positions voices and instruments exactly where listeners expect them, creating a natural sense of space and clarity.
Each mix position—front-of-house, monitors, and broadcast—shares an IP-based backbone for synchronized sound delivery. With transparent processing and precision coverage, the system transitions smoothly from high-energy worship to reflective prayer without loss of clarity. The mix mirrors emotion, making every lyric and spoken word resonate with intention and presence.
Lighting That Directs Attention Without Distraction
Lighting design blends art and precision to shape mood, focus, and emotion. Intelligent fixtures and LED systems are programmed through repeatable cues, allowing volunteers to confidently execute transitions with ease.
Calibrated in tandem with the HDR video pipeline, the system preserves natural skin tones across all ethnicities and maintains visual consistency in both live and broadcast settings.

Behind the scenes, reliable coordination makes seamless worship possible. Upgrading to a Riedel Artist matrix with Bolero wireless solved previous system challenges and scaled to the size of the campus, providing a resilient intercom backbone with a matrix core and campus-wide wireless beltpacks.
Six dedicated channels and wide coverage allow real-time communication without interference, ensuring services flow smoothly and moments stay focused on worship rather than logistics.
Facility Systems That Support And Guide The Journey
From the parking lot to the pulpit, every touchpoint is designed to enhance connection. Dynamic signage streamlines wayfinding, while large-format LED displays and distributed sound create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
A 400-seat ballroom functions as a secondary broadcast venue with full production capability, and children’s areas are equipped with age-appropriate AV that brings learning to life. All are linked through a 10G media network that moves uncompressed content seamlessly across the campus.

TBC Consoles broadcast technical furniture anchors the control room at Transformation Church. The production area features three rows of FITT Series consoles with integrated vertical and horizontal wire management through cable trays for power and data. Several mobile Front of House workstations support Pro Tools, editing, and backstage monitoring. The furniture accommodates production switches, 4K HDR monitors, touchscreens, and nearfield monitors for precise sound and image reproduction. Two custom freestanding TracWalls—a main 2x6 monitor wall for live performances and a 2x2 wall for technical operations—complete the setup. Close coordination between Diversified and TBC ensured the selection of modern, ergonomic product lines designed for optimal sightlines and future scalability.
