Just a few months into her role as an Account Executive, Carrie Garcia is already making an impression. She’s most proud when clients see and feel the difference—when systems don’t just function, but perform at a high level and support real outcomes. That drive to elevate the standard pushes her to think creatively, challenge assumptions and explore new possibilities.

Carrie’s commitment to growth is just as strong as her commitment to her clients. Currently pursuing her CTS certification, she’s also focused on learning from every team she works with to gain a deeper understanding of each role in the process.

Her goal is to see the full picture: how projects come together, where value is created and how collaboration drives success. By building that knowledge, she’s positioning herself to better serve her clients and contribute more broadly across the organization.
