Vice President Enterprise EMEA
Johannes Stehr is an experienced executive with over 15 years of expertise in corporate development, strategic business development, and international business development. With a clear focus on results orientation, he combines strategic vision with operational implementation power to sustainably transform and successfully lead companies. As Vice President Enterprise EMEA at Diversified, Johannes Stehr leads the European expansion, starting in Germany. The goal is to improve local support and provide our global customers with consistent, high-quality technology solutions.
His professional career includes leadership roles at renowned national and international companies in the AV industry, where he significantly contributed to business success as a Sales Director and Managing Director. In addition, Johannes Stehr has extensive knowledge in the areas of project management, entrepreneurship, process optimization, negotiation of key contracts, and the implementation of an ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
As a dynamic leader with strong communication skills and a structured, goal-oriented approach, Johannes Stehr is known for his ability to inspire teams, build trust, and foster growth.
His academic background includes an MBA from Chemnitz University of Technology, as well as dual training in event management and event management. He is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of French.

He is responsible for spearheading initiatives that deliver cutting-edge, integrated solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients operating in high-performance, content-driven environments. Under his guidance, the Media vertical has strengthened its position as a trusted partner for organisations seeking innovation, reliability, and scalability in their media operations.

Francis Williams serves as the Technical and Commercial Director (Media) for the EMEA region at Diversified, bringing a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial insight to the role. A technology-focused professional with over 15 years of industry experience, Francis has built a distinguished career delivering innovative, high-performance solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including stadia, retail, corporate environments, government institutions, and the Ministry of Defence.
Throughout his career, Francis has played a key role in the deployment of advanced signage and content delivery platforms. His work encompasses passive, interactive, and experiential content solutions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and environment. He has successfully supported some of the most recognisable names in Digital-out-of-Home (DooH), Retail, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), particularly through the provision of scalable managed services that ensure both performance and reliability.
Francis has a well-established track record in the design, integration, and implementation of complex, multi-disciplinary technology systems. His approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how to enhance communication and engagement—both internally with employees and externally with customers.
