As workplace strategies shifted toward collaboration-first environments, the client set out to transform an entire floor into a technology hub supporting everyday collaboration and enterprise events. The new workplace needed to accommodate hybrid meetings, training sessions, executive presentations, employee town halls, client engagements, and large-scale events while delivering a consistent, intuitive experience across every space.

Bringing that vision to life within an occupied Manhattan high-rise required careful coordination between architecture, technology, and construction. To achieve these goals, the client turned to Diversified to create a flexible, future-ready workplace technology ecosystem.

Cisco and Poly collaboration environments support everything from small team meetings to executive discussions, while digital signage extends communication into shared spaces, helping employees stay informed beyond the conference room. Each environment was designed to provide a consistent, intuitive experience, allowing employees to move seamlessly between meeting rooms, training spaces, and collaboration areas without adapting to different technologies.

At the heart of the technology hub is a flexible event venue designed to support executive presentations, employee town halls, client engagements, and hybrid broadcasts.

Purpose-built for both everyday meetings and enterprise communications, the space combines professional production capabilities with intuitive operation. A dedicated production control room, integrated AV, lighting, and collaboration technologies enable operators to support live presentations, webinars, hybrid broadcasts, and executive events from a centralized environment, while allowing the space to transition easily between self-service meetings and operator-supported productions.

Technology That Supports the Experience

Throughout the technology hub, displays, collaboration systems, and supporting infrastructure were carefully integrated to preserve the architectural character of the space while delivering enterprise-grade performance. A retractable LED display system deploys at the touch of a button for presentations and events before disappearing into the architecture when not in use, preserving the clean aesthetic while delivering exceptional visual performance.

Behind the scenes, a dedicated AV network infrastructure integrates with the client's enterprise systems to provide reliable, scalable performance across the technology hub. The result is an environment where sophisticated technology remains largely invisible—allowing people, conversations, and the workplace itself to take center stage.
