Debbie Fulton

With an extensive background of more than 25 years in Human Resources leadership, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to the team in her role as Chief People Officer. Her versatility in approach has helped her to successfully develop, implement and improve HR systems, programs, and people throughout her career. Partnering with executive and operational leadership, she is committed to leveraging HR best practices to establish a more engaged, inclusive, and productive workplace.

Prior to joining Diversified, Debbie held key leadership positions in various industries ranging from manufacturing to managed and advisory services. She’s earned a master’s degree in operations management from Oakland University and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Eastern Michigan University. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
