This has become the foundation of his success over the past two decades as an engineer and architect of Microsoft technologies—most recently with Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
At Diversified, Josh continues to bring clients value with Microsoft Teams Rooms and unified communications (UC) services—strengthening their collaboration strategies while driving operational efficiencies.
His enthusiasm for Microsoft’s UC field is further demonstrated in hiscommunity involvement having received the Microsoft MVP Award for Office Apps & Services multiple years running. Josh also has a real passion for creating instructional video content on the Microsoft Teams platform and certified Teams devices. He is one of the co-founders and serves on the board for the Microsoft UC-focused Comms vNext Conference.
