SAN FRANCISCO – Dec 2, 2024 – The San Francisco Press Club today announced Diversified, a leading global technology solutions provider, as a sponsor of the SF Press Club 47th annual awards gala. The awards gala, honoring the best of Bay Area journalism, takes place Dec. 4.
“Diversified brings people together through immersive technology,” said Curtis Sparrer, the San Francisco Press Club president. “So, it’s perfectly fitting that Diversified is helping to bring together the best in media and journalism to celebrate top achievements in journalism.”
“The evolving landscape of AI, workplace technologies, and return-to-office dynamics are adding layers of complexity to an already challenging world,” said Diversified CEO Eric Hutto. “To navigate this, we must focus on continuous learning, leveraging technology to drive greater parity and collaboration, and coming together as businesses and communities to drive progress. At Diversified, we’re committed to these principles, and we support the San Francisco Press Club’s important mission to advance the exchange of ideas and expand public understanding.”
The awards gala will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at The Julia Morgan Ballroom. Cocktail service will begin at 5:30 p.m., and dinner and awards will commence at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets will cost $200 at the door, but The San Francisco Press Club is now selling them for $65 for current members, $75 for working journalists, $50 for students (with valid ID), and $150 for non-journalist allies. Full tables for groups up to ten can be purchased online, too. Last year’s gala sold out quickly. Purchase your tickets today.
