The Empire State Building recently unveiled the final phase of its four-year, $165 million venture to reimagine the guest journey with experiential exhibits that lead visitors to the world famous Empire State Building Observatories (ESBO) on the 86th and 102nd floors.

An iconic landmark with millions of annual visitors, the team that collaborated on World’s Most Famous Building’s renovation has certainly delivered on that goal and the ESBO buzz is growing rapidly.
