BroadcastPro ME highlight’s Diversified’s upcoming acquisition of Dubai-based TSL-FZ and what it means for the company moving forward.
In a recent interview, BroadcastPro ME covered the technology provider’s decision to acquire TSL’s regional office in Dubai Studio City. TSL-FZ is well known in the region for their successful delivery of large projects such as MBC Studios and the Al Alan TV upgrade. The acquisition will expand Diversified’s global reach from its APAC hub in South Korea to an EMEA hub in the United Kingdom with offices in London, Ireland and Dubai.
“International business practices and industry relationships are largely regional. It would have taken us years to build the kind of reputation and standing in the market that TSL Dubai has earned through their success,” said Kevin Collins, President and COO of Diversified. “This was an easy addition to make, and the Dubai team will bring value to us on day one.”
