Diversified Stays Ahead of the Curve in Digital Signage Integration

As technology continues to evolve, a digital signage integrator with a pulse on the latest market trends is paramount to the delivery of a positive user experience. The value in an integrator’s involvement is the ability to take several moving parts and piece them together resulting in a meaningful solution for the client.

Will Amos, Director of Diversified’s Digital Media Group, understands the importance of staying up-to-date on existing trends, systems, and products to continue delivering innovative solutions that meet growing and evolving needs. By staying ahead of the market, Amos and his team are able to provide our clients the newest technology and use it in ways many have never seen.

Diversified currently operates the Armani Exchange global digital signage network from its NOC.

Diversified has teams of knowledgeable audio visual and digital signage experts who either design and deliver our clients’ vision or manage that vision, post-delivery, via our 24/7/365 network operations center (NOC). We understand that downtime and the resulting loss of revenue is simply not an option for our clients and work around the clock to ensure it doesn’t happen.

“A big offering and value add is the managed services side,” says Amos. “We do a lot of large scale deployments, often global, and monitor the health of the entire system. If connectivity goes down, if screens are powered off and shouldn’t be, the system pings our network operations system associates and they troubleshoot to see if it can self correct. If not, we can deploy a tech to the site to fix the issue.”

Diversified has built its reputation on capturing the needs of our clients and delivering technology solutions that exceed client expectations. Whether in retail, advertising, stadiums, corporate, or campuses, Diversified leads the industry in designing, building, and managing digital signage solutions that help clients enhance operations, increase productivity, and drive ROI.
