Will Hegan

As Managing Director for Diversified’s EMEA operations, Will Hegan leverages his almost two decades of experience in the AV and UC market to develop regional strategies and build cohesive teams. Prior to joining Diversified in 2021, he served for 8 years as VP of Sales and Marketing (EMEA) at AVI-SPL. 

His leadership style is to lead through example as he prioritizes providing teams with the necessary tools, strong processes and market presence for high performance and positive results.  

Having acquired knowledge across the business including finance, supply chain, operations, and services, Will holds a degree from Leeds Beckett University in business information systems as well as A Levels from Peter Symonds College in Winchester (Business Studies, IT, Design & Technology).
