Leveraging more than 20 years’ experience in human resource management, Amy Edwards joined the Diversified team in 2022 as the company’s first Chief People Officer. As a performance-driven HR leader with progressive diversified strategy HR management across a diverse, multi-generational, distributed workforce, she is accountable for company culture, associate experience, talent management and development, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.

Over the course of her career, Amy has served in key HR leadership roles for such organizations as TK Elevator, CAE and Frito-Lay. She thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment as a positive change agent, Culture of Excellence builder and strategic HR SME with the proven ability to build trust and collaboration while creating opportunities and communicating with all levels of management, associates and clients.
